Prepare food according to standardized recipes to provide residents with consistently accurate, tasteful, and cost-effective meals. Taste all prepared food items for quality control and serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning. Clean kitchen areas after preparation and serving, maintaining standards of cleanliness and storing excess food per safe handling procedures. Assist in preparing meals, beverages, and snacks; deliver trays and carts to resident floors; assemble meal trays; and sweep, mop, and dispose of trash.
