Job Summary
Dietary Cook role at Americare Senior Living in Smyrna, TN. Prepare and serve meals for residents in accordance with dietician-approved menus and individual dietary needs, while maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen. Support a welcoming dining environment and uphold standards and values, including HIPAA confidentiality and resident care. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Grade school education required
- Previous experience in quantity food production preferred, especially in a healthcare or senior living setting
- Ability to follow menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
- Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with dietary and care teams
- Dependable, organized, and service-oriented approach
