Job Summary
Prep foods for cooks and chefs across hot and cold entree lines, including meats, vegetables, and vinaigrette dressings, adhering to established quality standards. Label, date, store, and rotate products to maintain assigned stock levels while minimizing waste. Practice basic sanitation, keep work areas clean, and ensure compliance with health department regulations. Demonstrate efficient production to achieve maximum productivity. Maintain open availability for all workdays, nights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years' experience
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English
- Must have open availability, including holidays and weekends
- Must have open availability to workdays and nights
