Job Summary
Complete all assigned prep work, set up the cooking station, and maintain product presentations according to company recipes and specifications. Prepare menu items to specification while verifying stock, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. This role requires lifting 25-70 pounds, using knives and food preparation equipment, and standing for up to 10 hours.
