Job Summary
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, including accommodating customers with food allergies. Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment while cleaning work areas. Apply as a Canadian citizen, permanent or temporary resident, or with a valid work permit.
