Job Summary
Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians. Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate food requirements, and monitor and order supplies. Inspect kitchens, train staff in food preparation and handling, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory records, clean work areas, and organize buffets and banquets. This full-time, 40-hour role requires a high school graduate with 1 to 7 months of experience, operating in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
