Cook needed for Juniper rooftop restaurant at AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown. Responsibilities include following the kitchen manual for recipe samples and prep methods, safely operating equipment, maintaining sanitation and stock rotation, producing high-quality food efficiently while minimizing waste, and communicating storeroom needs to the Outlet Manager. Must be able to read/write/speak English. On-site, full-time role with a flexible schedule (minimum 30 hours/week). E-Verify employer; background and substance screening required prior to offer.
