Job Summary
Cook position responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking meat, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot food items. Duties include portioning ingredients, preparing food prior to cooking, assisting with final plate assembly, and ensuring dishes are plated and garnished according to brand standards. Requires knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety/sanitation, ability to plate/garnish to standard, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team. Required Qualifications
