Job Summary
Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers; portion ingredients, assist with final plate assembly and garnish according to brand standards; maintain quality, presentation, and flavor across menu items; follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules; keep workstation clean and sanitary; stock and rotate ingredients, assist with off-peak prep, and participate in closing procedures; collaborate with Chef and management; participate in meetings and training; opportunities for advancement into management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
