Job Summary
Cook position responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking meat, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot items, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and flavor across all menu items. Duties include portioning ingredients, preparing food for cooking on broilers/ovens/grills/fryers, plating and garnishing according to brand standards, maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, following standard portion sizes and recipe specifications, and assisting with closing duties. Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen, communicate with managers and staff, and have or obtain a valid Food Handlers Certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Some experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred
