Job Summary
Cook responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking meat, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot food items; portioning ingredients, final plate assembly, plating and garnish per brand standards; maintain quality, presentation, and flavor across menu items; follow portion sizes, recipes, and safety procedures; work with kitchen equipment (broilers, ovens, grills, fryers) and ensure sanitary workstation; participate in closing, meetings, and general duties as assigned; emphasize teamwork and fast-paced environment; benefits include tuition assistance, health insurance, paid vacation, and employee perks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Some experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred, but willingness to learn necessary skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
