Job Summary
Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables and other food items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment; portion food according to standard sizes; ensure quality, presentation and brand standards; maintain clean, sanitary workstation; assist with closing the kitchen; participate in scheduled meetings; demonstrate knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and menu item garnish/plate presentation; team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen; must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a professional kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Some experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred, but willingness to learn necessary skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
