Job Summary
Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment; portion foods according to standard sizes; plate and garnish dishes according to brand standards; maintain clean, sanitary workstations; ensure quality, consistency, and safety of all menu items; assist with food prep during off-peak periods; follow closing checklists and participate in team meetings. Requires knowledge of kitchen methods, food safety and sanitation standards, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and clear communication with managers and staff. Required Qualifications
