Job Summary
Maintains sanitation of station, prepares and cooks food, soups and sauces, and some breakfast items; handles seafood, poultry, and steaks to quality standards; assembles entrees and performs other duties as assigned. Requires an Associate Culinary Degree or Certificate in Culinary Arts and at least 4 years of restaurant cooking experience (formal training may substitute for 2 years). Non-exempt with potential overtime under FLSA; on-site kitchen role at Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg, VA, USA. Probed for professional interaction and ability to read production charts and lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
