Job Summary
Prepare menu items from posted production lists and cook and present them to specification in hot and cold food operations across several stadium locations. Adhere to food safety procedures, maintain an organized work area, and work club concession stands as needed. Some roles may require strict confidentiality. This position involves cooking in public and interacting with clients. The work environment is loud and requires standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of upscale food production in high volume catering operation or restaurant
- Basic kitchen skills: Proper knife usage, safely use kitchen equipment to process foods, some hot food preparation
- Excellent attendance
- Devoted learner
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- ServeSafe certification
