Job Summary
Prepare menu items according to posted production lists and cook, assemble, and present food to established quality specifications across multiple stadium locations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Support club concession stands and action stations as needed during events, including cooking in public settings and interacting directly with clients to enhance the guest experience. Maintain strict confidentiality in roles requiring discretion. Requires minimum of one year of upscale food preparation experience in a high-volume catering operation or restaurant environment, plus Serve-Safe certification. Fast-paced kitchen setting with loud noise levels.
