Job Summary
Lead food preparation and presentation as Cook 3 in a high-volume private club kitchen. Responsible for workstation setup, sanitation, and organization; supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members; manage complex cooking tasks; oversee expediting and timely delivery of orders; contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and testing; maintain quality and guest service while addressing dietary needs. Requires advanced culinary skills and leadership capabilities, with 4+ years kitchen experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety standards, and lift up to 100 lbs. Schedule includes weekends and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the kitchen environment
- Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
