Job Summary
Lead food preparation, production, and presentation as Cook 3; supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2, manage station setup, sanitation, and inventory; oversee complex cooking tasks, assist in menu planning and recipe development, and ensure high standards of quality and presentation in a high-volume club kitchen; mentor and supervise kitchen staff, coordinate with kitchen leadership, and step in for Sous Chef when needed; maintain professionalism and guest satisfaction while complying with safety and food-handling requirements.
