Job Summary
Cook 3 at SSP Canada in The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, located at Calgary International Airport. Follows recipes, checks portions and garnishes, sets up and maintains the kitchen station, handles stock and perishable goods, ensures proper equipment function, and completes opening/closing control sheets. Requires minimum 1 year in food service, high school diploma preferred, food handlers permit and brand certification as required, and ability to stand for long periods. Must have Canadian work authorization, and RAIC/security clearance information reviewed during onboarding.
