Job Summary
Line Cook / Cook 2 for Breakfast Service responsible for cost-effective preparation of quality breakfast items and other dishes, following recipes and brand standards, setting up the cooking station, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness. Requires knowledge of cooking techniques, ability to work under pressure, teamwork in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on quality control and plating. Required Qualifications
- One or more years of previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role is preferred.
