Cook 1

Cook 1 is responsible for setting up, preparing, and organizing the workstation, performing basic cooking tasks under supervision, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and assisting with the production of food and beverages. Works closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3 to support kitchen operations, adhere to quality standards, and assist with daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items. Tasks include receiving and storing goods, managing condiments and sauces, communicating with chefs about product needs, handling guest requests professionally, contributing to a positive team environment, and participating in the 3-step service. Additional duties may be assigned by management, with a focus on safety and professionalism. The role requires willingness to learn, follow company policies, and maintain required certifications.
