Job Summary
Cook 1 role responsible for set-up, preparation, and organization of workstation with basic cooking tasks under guidance of team members. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, proper food storage, and assist with production of food/beverage items. Work closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3 to support kitchen operations and adhere to quality standards. Responsibilities include daily prep, receiving goods, maintaining proper cooking techniques, handling specials, communicating with Chef/Sous Chef, and interacting professionally with members and guests while supporting a positive team environment and delivering the 3-steps of service. Additional duties as assigned; must follow safety guidelines and pursue professional growth and required certifications relevant to the role.
