Job Summary
Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale the School Services division, owning operations, growth, and financial performance. Responsibilities include translating strategy into actionable execution, driving P&L, budgeting, overseeing educational operations, service quality, compliance, customer experience, and go-to-market growth. Ideal candidate has senior leadership in education services, deep operational and growth experience, ability to manage a complex organization, strong educational background, and executive presence; EOS familiarity is a plus. Role is based in Brooklyn, NY with a preference for 2 days per week in-office (hybrid) and annual compensation in the $200K–$240K range.
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in education services
- Strong operational depth with growth and business-building experience
- Experience overseeing a mid-sized or larger organization with real scale and complexity
- Strong academic or educational background, ideally with formal training in education or special education
- Deep understanding of educational operations, compliance, and service delivery
- Entrepreneurial mindset with polished, professional leadership
- Executive presence and ability to influence across departments
- EOS familiarity is a strong plus
