Job Summary
Executive leader responsible for planning and coordinating all strategic business operations and outreach for the service line across ambulatory, outpatient, inpatient and post-acute settings. Plans and directs operations, strategy, growth initiatives, and quality performance and monitoring, as well as regulatory compliance across departments. Oversees referral performance, financial reviews, and outreach clinics; leads workforce development, education, and fundraising; develops long-term strategic plans and ensures profitability and scale of the Service Line/Center of Excellence. Maintains compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while fostering collaboration across an integrated health system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or healthcare related field
- 10 years in successfully managing complex healthcare and patient care delivery systems
- Experience in LEAN process improvement, and Physician Management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to evaluate and interpret financial information to create action
- Ability to persuade, lead through influence, set a vision, and build an effective team
