Job Summary
COO / Integrator (EOS) – Growth Operator Role for a Texas law firm. In-office leadership role based in Cedar Park with regular travel to Jasper, Livingston, and Woodville offices. Drive EOS implementation, own firm-wide P&L, lead AI and technology transformation, and manage attorneys and staff across four offices and a remote international team. Responsibilities include rolling out EOS (Scorecards, Level 10 Meetings, Quarterly Rocks, Accountability Chart), financial dashboarding and profitability improvements, leading AI adoption across intake, drafting, billing, and operations, and building a structured, accountable organization. Requirements include proven COO/Integrator experience in a professional services context, EOS implementation experience or strong related methodology, experience managing multi-function teams, financial leadership with P&L ownership, and hands-on use of AI tools in operations. Preferred: prior law firm or professional services experience, familiarity with Clio/Lawmatics or similar systems, multi-location leadership, EOS certification, and a bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations (advanced degrees advantageous). Compensation includes base salary up to $175,000 plus performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, PTO, and professional development budget. This is a build role focused on scaling the firm toward growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a COO, General Manager, Integrator, or Law Firm Administrator in a multi-employee professional services environment
- Demonstrated implementation of EOS or a comparable operating system (Scaling Up, OKRs, etc.), or strong working knowledge and conviction toward EOS adoption
- Direct experience managing people across functions, including hiring, performance management, accountability, and separations when necessary
- Financial leadership experience with direct ownership or meaningful influence over P&L performance
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in real operational settings (not just awareness, but implementation)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across attorneys, staff, and external stakeholders
- Highly self-directed, organized, and comfortable building structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
