COO / GM - with an owner's mentality !

COO/GM sought to oversee all operations for a family-owned petroleum and HVAC company. Responsibilities include creating and implementing short and long-term business strategies, identifying and addressing weaknesses, providing leadership to middle management, sales, support and field personnel, collecting and reporting performance data, contributing to industry ventures, and promoting the company’s vision, mission, and values. The ideal candidate brings prior COO/GM or similar experience, understands corporate finance, operations metrics, and strategic planning, demonstrates excellent leadership and strong verbal and written communication skills, and can work efficiently in high-tempo environments with decisive rapid decision making.
