Job Summary
The Conway Summer Program is looking for Summer Program Teachers, Paraprofessionals, School Nurses, Licensed Related Service Providers, and Substitutes for the summer season from July 6th through August 5th, 2026. Staff can choose between flexible hours for different roles, including teaching, paraprofessional support, nursing, and specialized services. Compensation varies by position, with opportunities for certified teachers starting at $25/hour, enrichment providers at $20/hour, and a daily rate of $200 for school nurses. Participants will engage in summer programming and potentially collaborate with Project SUCCEED.
