Job Summary
Conveyancing Solicitor role handling a self-managed caseload of purchase, sale, and title transfer transactions from instruction to completion within a supportive, team-driven environment. You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office) based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, liaising with clients to understand requirements, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and best practices, and coordinating with a Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Support Executive, and Legal Assistants to facilitate efficient case progression. The role emphasizes managing a busy workload across residential property matters in Scotland, strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration with Associates and a Partner as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years residential Conveyancing experience
- Experience of wide variety of property matters in Scotland
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent client service
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
