Job Summary
Manage your own caseload of freehold and registered sale and purchase transactions, ensuring timely handling in line with service-level agreements. Supervise Conveyancing Assistants by reviewing sales files and signing off contracts, exchanges, and completions while maintaining regulatory compliance. Handle key stages of purchase transactions including title approval, raising and resolving enquiries, and reporting to clients. Act as the first point of contact for client and introducer complaints, resolving concerns promptly. Conduct regular file reviews to ensure cases progress appropriately. Competitive salary up to £50,000 based on experience. Located in Cardiff Bay.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience handling your own caseload of freehold and registered sale and purchase transactions
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing regulations, including the CLC Code of Conduct, money laundering, and data protection laws
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems
- A collaborative team player with an assertive, calm, and professional approach
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with leasehold, transfer of equity, and transactions involving existing mortgages
- Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor qualification
