Conveyancing Paralegal - Enoggera

Full-time Conveyancing Paralegal based in Australia, remote/work-from-home; ideally based in Enoggera or Southeast Queensland. Requires at least 2 years of Queensland conveyancing experience with the ability to manage 30-35 residential conveyancing files from start to finish each month with administrative support. Preference for candidates registered or qualified as a Justice of the Peace (JP) or a Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in Queensland. Candidates should be highly organized, capable of independent task-based work while meeting deadlines, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills; KPI compliance is expected.
