Job Summary
Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, handling purchases, sales, and remortgages. Prepare contracts, transfers, and SDLT forms while liaising with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure all searches are clear and deadlines are met. Keep third parties updated throughout each file and maintain compliance with firm quality standards and accreditation requirements. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize efficiency and proactively manage risks or delays to maintain momentum. Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor
- significant experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record of handling purchases, sales, remortgages
- experience in right-to-buy transactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to draft and review legal documentation accurately
- Organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable with technology and case-management systems
- ability to keep clear matter progress notes
- ability to meet deadlines

Desired Qualifications
