Job Summary
Conveyancer role managing your own residential conveyancing caseload within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll communicate with clients and introducers, forecast monthly exchanges and completions, and work with the Conveyancing Manager and team to deliver exceptional service while meeting KPIs. You’ll apply strong land-law knowledge to handle both freehold and leasehold titles, maintain relationships with clients and lenders, and use our bespoke CMS to guide cases from instruction to completion. The role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues and introducers, a focus on timelines and cost-effectiveness, and delivering a high-quality client experience in a hybrid working setup. Proficiency with CMS systems and a proven track record in fee-earning conveyancing are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of land law and the conveyancing process
- Proven experience handling both freehold and leasehold titles
- Previous success managing your own caseload in a fee-earning role, ideally in a volume conveyancing practice
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently deliver against KPIs
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CMS systems and adaptability to new technology
