Job Summary
Project Manager I directs and supervises assigned staff on conveyance construction data center projects, overseeing scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client interfaces and timely reporting. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, workflow delegation, developing work and recovery plans, implementing operating strategies, quality control of documents and plans, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget. The role emphasizes building client relationships, coordinating with management, creating and tracking plans and KPIs, mentoring team members, and promoting a strong safety culture. Must have experience in the Telecommunications/Wireless sector, with budgeting analysis and strategic planning abilities; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business Management or Construction Management (or equivalent experience) and 5-7 years of project management experience are required.
