Job Summary
Conduct sonic, hand trim, die cut cleaning, and packaging duties while assisting the Operator in producing a good quality product safely and efficiently. Clean, inspect, and stack the product according to standard or customer requirements, then hand trim laminate and weld boxes. Package materials per Coroplast standards and assist coworkers to maintain production levels. Uphold company THM practices to ensure the workplace remains safe, professional, and clean. Assist in machine upkeep, set up for production runs, and install or uninstall dies on workstations. Notify the Operator, Lead, or Supervisor of any issues or defects immediately. Work inside protected from weather but subject to hazards like moving machinery and chemicals. Requires standing for sustained periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shifts run 7am to 5:30pm or 5pm to 3:30am with a $1.00 differential for the latter.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16"
- Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
- Be available for overtime
