Job Summary
Operate converting machinery safely and productively, ensuring quality output meets specifications while adhering to all safety rules and the IPS process. Perform mechanical adjustments, minor preventive maintenance, and complete daily checklists. Collaborate with maintenance and material handlers to resolve line issues, manage pallet counts, and maintain a clean work environment. Lift and palletize products up to 60 lbs as needed. Work in a team to meet hourly targets, running the line alone when required. Requires basic computer skills, measurement tool proficiency, and high school diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing. Located in Blythewood, SC.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed workforce environment
- Must have basic computer skills or experience with computerized equipment
- Must have a basic understanding on using measurement tools
