Converting Machine Operator 8a-8p

Converting Machine Operator responsible for monitoring converting machine operations to ensure safety, quality, and throughput. Requires adherence to PPE and safety guidelines, accurate production reporting, and maintaining production materials for smooth shift transitions. Will monitor machine performance to maintain product measurements and quality, strive to meet production rates, minimize waste, and report defects. Candidates should be able to follow standardized work instructions, communicate effectively with team members, and have prior SAP or ERP familiarity to support troubleshooting and operations. Role involves indoor, high-temperature and high-humidity conditions typical of manufacturing environments, with emphasis on teamwork, shift transitions, and continuous improvement. Position is full-time with a 12-hour rotation (8a-8p) and requires a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum manufacturing experience preferred. Location: Granite Falls, NC, US; on-site work.
