Converting Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Run and monitor converting machines while performing general set-ups, preparing materials, and loading/unloading components to keep production moving. Load and unload material from the machine, track and label finished products manually and electronically, and check outputs throughout the shift to ensure they meet quality standards. Work safely utilizing knowledge of LOTO, PPE, and EHS policies, and communicate effectively with helpers, supervisors, and maintenance to resolve issues. Set priorities to match job assignments and participate in continuous improvement projects. This first shift role includes a 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule with Saturdays as needed, and requires willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Prior experience with coating, laminating, or extrusion equipment
