Job Summary
Lead and manage employees and first-level managers across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver engineering execution, integration, and safety across Boeing Converted Freighters (BCF) programs, specifically for 737-800BCF and 767-300BCF. Drive the definition of engineering requirements, resources, and skills; oversee engineering quality and product integrity; lead cross-functional integration with structures, mechanical, electrical, payloads, and program management; foster a diverse and inclusive work environment; and influence safety and quality initiatives while interfacing with key stakeholders and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across multiple engineering disciplines
- 3+ years of experience leading an engineering team
