Conversions Specialist - State Farm Stadium

Job Summary
Contributions focus on event operations: executes setup and teardown of equipment, furniture, and staging for events (concerts, sports, corporate), adheres to event production notes, performs daily preventative maintenance on conversion equipment, reads event layout diagrams for accurate material placement, organizes and maintains storage areas, conducts regular safety inspections, operates forklift/scissor/boom lifts safely, maintains inventory of setup materials, responds to last-minute requests to adjust setups, follows safety protocols, and may lead small groups of part-time teammates to ensure successful task completion. On-site location at the stadium with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus; AZ driver’s license required; 1 year stadium setup experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical skills
- Experience in an arena, convention center or stadium preferred
- Forklift, scissor lift, boom lift experience or ability to get certified within 3 months
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements
- Knowledge of security and safety
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- English and Spanish is a plus
- AZ driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year experience with stadium setup
