Job Summary

Conversion team members are responsible for event set-up at Honda Center, including setups for various events such as hockey, basketball, concerts, and more. They will work with Conversion Leads and Operations Managers to ensure configurations are followed and safety standards are met while performing physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities include following floor plans for arena setups, safely operating tools, and completing daily checklists. Candidates must possess strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and physical capabilities to handle heavy lifting. This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and allows for a flexible schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Able to understand and follow directions
  • Possess safe ladder, lifting, elevated work skills (following training)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Able to learn quickly
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and various times of the day
  • Able to understand and perform tasks with AAM-required safety equipment
  • Able and willing to be a team player
  • Able to work in fluctuating temperatures and work on the ice
  • Must be able to lift, pull, push, grasp up to 150 lbs. occasionally and 100 lbs. frequently
  • Must stand, bend, walk, climb consistently through the shift
