Job Summary
Supervise all manufacturing staff and machine operations during the 3pm-11:30pm shift, ensuring adherence to client policies and meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. Maintain in-depth knowledge of conversion processes and equipment while identifying, reporting, and resolving workflow or equipment issues. Coordinate work activities for efficient operations, verify product identification and warehousing practices, and communicate plant status and production updates to the next shift and planning office. Complete and review safety incident reports, troubleshoot operational challenges, and maintain current forklift certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Expeditor or in an equivalent role
