Job Summary
Assist with event setup, changeovers, and daily operational tasks including setting up, breaking down, and storing tables, chairs, portable stages, and dancefloors. Work with the Custodial Supervisor on day-to-day duties and provide relevant event and operation information to Operations and Event Managers. Perform other operational responsibilities as assigned, utilizing knowledge of operations equipment such as pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, and hand tools. This role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays as the event schedule dictates, with the ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted and function in fast-paced, outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
- A minimum of 0-2 years of related work experience
- Working knowledge of operations equipment including pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools, etc.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires
- Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as function in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to work as a team and understand and follow instructions
- Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Must have reliable transportation
