Conversion Crew Lead - Part-time

Job Summary
Lead part-time employees and contracted crew members by reviewing daily conversion tasks, outlines, and schedules to ensure clear expectations. Execute event preparation duties including setting up tables, chairs, tents, pipe-and-drape, stages, stanchions, signage, and bike racks while maintaining established operating procedures for facility maintenance. Maintain, organize, and inventory all conversion-related equipment and storage areas, responding promptly to requests from management, vendors, guests, and event organizers. Lead by example to exhibit core values and achieve excellent results through proactive collaboration and exceptional communication skills. Availability required for all 10 Washington Commanders home games, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be age 18 or above
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Ability to perform duties proactively and collaboratively
- Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, weekends, holidays
- Availability to work all 10 Washington Commanders home games
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to anticipate, plan, recommend, implement, and follow through with tasks

Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Supervisory experience
- Previous experience within a sports or events field
- Forklift certified
