Job Summary
Manage prospective member leads and guide girls and volunteers through registration, onboarding, and troop placement to ensure the successful formation and launch of sustainable Girl Scout troops. Convert qualified leads into active members by conducting readiness assessments, coordinating volunteer onboarding, and placing new members into appropriate troops based on location, availability, and grade-level alignment. Support troop leaders through initial setup and first meeting readiness while monitoring newly launched troops to identify and coordinate support for sustainability risks. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and document barriers to troop formation to share insights with leadership for process improvement. Collaborate with staff and volunteer teams to align recruitment efforts and uphold the Girl Scout Promise and Law in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in membership development, recruitment, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), volunteer engagement, community organization, or customer service
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of insurance
- Reliable transportation

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
