Job Summary
Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines, confirm installation of marketing materials, and maintain premium product presentation standards in retail stores. Educate store associates on Converse products and initiatives while building relationships to support sell-through. Submit store visit reports with photos and written feedback using the ThirdChannel app on a smart device. Visits typically range from one to two hours, with a general commitment of one visit per store monthly, preferably completed Monday through Thursday. Compensation starts at $24/hour for independent contractors. Prior retail or visual merchandising experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16.0+ or Android 13.0+)
- Onboarding certification must be completed prior to first store visit
