Job Summary
Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines by confirming installation of marketing materials and maintaining premium product presentation standards. Educate store associates on Converse initiatives while building relationships to drive sell-through. Submit store visit reports with photos and written feedback using the ThirdChannel app on a smart device. Complete one visit per store monthly, typically Monday through Thursday, with flexible scheduling coordinated with store management. Compensation starts at $24/hour for this independent contractor role. Onboarding certification is required prior to the first visit.
Required Qualifications
- Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16.0+ or Android 13.0+)
- Onboarding certification must be completed prior to first store visit
