Job Summary
Record natural Dutch-language customer support conversations for evaluation; assignments may be done individually or with a partner; play roles such as Customer or Support Agent across one or more languages; ensure recordings are completed in a quiet environment and uploaded following project instructions; adhere to instructions, meet deadlines, and participate in assigned role-based scenarios with quality review and potential re-records. Project pays $60 per hour of recording, with remote work available for the Netherlands. This is a temporary assignment with fixed project terms and onboarding may be required.
