Conversational AI Delivery Engineer

Job Summary
Develop and maintain Conversational AI solutions with a focus on stability and defined standards. Apply NLU tuning (utterances, intents, entities) to improve bot performance and user experience. Design and maintain conversational flows, integrations, system diagrams, and technical documentation. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product teams to capture requirements; support DevOps practices, CI/CD, and releases; assist deployments and troubleshooting across environments; investigate defects and root causes; ensure logging, monitoring, and diagnostics are in place; conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing; review analytics/telemetry to identify improvements; maintain dashboards/analytics pipelines; work with Operations, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery; support UAT with stakeholders and continuously develop domain knowledge in Conversational AI delivery and platform practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, or Conversational AI-related roles
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Experience with Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Amelia)
- Basic understanding of software delivery, testing, and release processes
- Advanced English proficiency
