Job Summary
Conduct remote deployment and expansion of HPE Converged System SAP HANA appliances, including upgrades, installations, and proactive support for the global installed base. Perform Linux administration, troubleshooting, and coordination of on-site resources while adhering to change management best practices. Execute 24x7 shift rotations with an average of two days per week at the HPE office, utilizing remote support tools to deliver high-quality solutions worldwide. Requires 4-5 years of hands-on Linux experience and proficiency in HP servers, storage, and networking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience on Linux Administration, upgradation, Installation & Troubleshooting
- Expected to possess basic knowledge on HPE servers & storage hardware
- Expected to work in 24x7 shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Candidates are expected to be proficient in change management best practices
- must demonstrate strong hands on experience in Linux administration
- must demonstrate strong hands on experience in Upgrades and installations
- Candidates are expected to demonstrate coordination skills to direct the work of cxonsite resources as required
