Convention Services Manager at OHM overseeing hotel event services. Responsibilities include handling catering, room setups, audiovisual needs, and billing instructions; coordinating with all departments to service guest accounts; documenting and organizing detailed function requirements and inputting data into the computer system to generate account history reports; coordinating activities of various departments to ensure smooth service; assigning banquet/meeting room setups (e.g., classroom, rounds) based on client needs; reviewing banquet staff performance; monitoring in-house group activity and providing onsite support for events; performing administrative duties in line with corporate guidelines.
